Well, so far today has not been that bad. Not as bad as yesterday perhaps. Woke up this am to find my 3 yr old to my right and my 5 yr old to my left and the dog sleeping horizontal across my stomach. Boy, I bet we looked crazy. The little ones woke up at 8 am (on a Saturday really?). What ever happened to sleeping in?
The crazy thing is Trey slept till 8:30 every morning this past week except yesterday and today. If only he had slept late yesterday and I had known that he didn't have to go to school- we could have stayed in the bed.....But no....we were up bright and early and he sure was bushy tailed to say the least. So I decided to get up and get started on this house. There is so much to do. Laundry (washed, dried, and folded) is piled up in about 3 different laundry baskets waiting to be put in their proper destinations; Kitchen looks like a bomb hit it ( I really can't manage to get it clean after dinner so I end up cleaning it the next day); Carpet is a mess (a potty training kid first and then a potty training dog last should explain it); Bedrooms- well they aren't too bad; Bathrooms need some cleaning as well. Looks like I have a lot to do on my TO DO LIST today. So far, I have managed to start a load of laundry, and clean our front room carpet. Next, onto the dining room and our main living room. First, I am going to tackle those laundry baskets.
